How does the Photo booth work?
Just hop in the booth and snap away! The photo booth has very simple to follow touch screen instructions that will guide the guests throughout the process.
How do we find if there is availability on the date of our event?
There is a very good chance we are available. Just ask us. Please email us at aninstantmemory@yahoo.com or fill out the contact form on our website. We will then contact you to inform you of our availability.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better as our booths can be booked up to a year in advance, however don't hesitate to contact us for your last minute events.
How large is the booth?
The booth can set up as an open air or enclosed booth. The dimensions of the enclosed booth are 5.5 x 4 x 6 feet. The enclosed booth can be set up with or without a bench. The open air booth requires less room. The "booth" part would be 1 x 4 x 6 feet and it would just be facing towards a backdrop or wall.
How much time is needed to setup?
We will arrive 1.5 to 2 hours in advance to setup to ensure that the photo booth is ready as soon as your guests arrive. This time is in addition to the time purchased so it will never impeed with the running booth time.
What are the setup requirements?
For indoor events, we require a minimum 7ft x 8ft clear floor area. We also require access to a regular outlet within 25 ft of the booth setup. For outdoor events, please contact us to discuss additional requirements.
Do photos print right away?
Yes! Your photos print within seconds.
What is the quality of the images?
Image quality is something that we pride ourselves on. We only use professional grade DSLR cameras with studio lighting and lab quality dye-sub printers. All photos are printed on the highest quality photo paper.
Will someone be available at the event?
Yes! There will be a friendly on-site attendant to assist your guests for the duration of the event.
Can we use our own props?
Absolutely! All of our booth packages come standard with props, however, if you have specific ideas for props, you are more than welcome to bring and use whatever you’d like. The more the better.
Will you get a copy of all the pictures from the event?
Yes! The event host will receive a flash drive containing the digital copies of ALL the event photos.
Can guests download all the pictures?
Yes, all photos will be uploaded to our protected online gallery within 48 hours following the event. All guests will be able to view, download, and share each photo. In the event that your guests do not feel comfortable with their photos being on our gallery, please notify us and we will remove the photos immediately.
Do you provide us with a contract?
Yes. Once we gather all of the important details, we will email you a contract outlining everything that was discussed. We then ask that you sign the contract and send it back to us. If a deposit hasn’t been paid, also include it with the signed contract. We will also provide you with a copy of the signed contract upon request.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We are fully insured to protect the guest and our equipment with a $1,000,000 liability policy so you have nothing to worry about. You and your guests are protected.
